2025 /10 /21 When I wrote down review at first, my child's one of bracket had broken,needed an emergency fix. For last two years with this clinic, I knew that even getting a regular check-up appointment was hard — so expecting an emergency fix on a Sunday was impossible. That’s why we had to get it fixed elsewhere. A review is about sharing honest my experiences. But five days later, when we went for our regular check-up, the attitude of the staff had completely different once we entered. So I felt, they knew what I left review. After check up, Dr. Chay started talk about my review infront of my face. She didn’t show understanding or apology — instead, she started by complaining about my review with very uncomfortable n arrogant attitude Is that how a professional clinic should treat patients??? Here, if you speak up or leave a review, you face consequences. To future patients — please think twice before trusting all the good reviews. There are many better orthodontists who are skilled, humble, and kind. Unfortunately, this clinic is not one of them. 2025/10/12 1.everytime make a booking is very hard because Dr Chay works only 3 days a week n Dr leaves a holiday very often, so her patient all squeeze up in her available time. 2. Long waiting at own booking time. Sometimes 1hour at waiting area 3. Dental service is not providing so have to visit other dentist 4.Normally Dr n Staffs are kind but sometimes irritable. 5.visit every 2month system but 2 month too long interval. Can happen in any time but this place barely can make booking also emergency situations. My 1st daughter have done at Looi orthodontist that place is better than here. My friend's daughter is doing at family dental at Tanjung Tokong. You can check every place n Dr then make a decision.

Our clinic is a group practice and is open five days a week, with different clinicians available. I personally work four days a week, and I take only two scheduled breaks per year. Occasionally, I may need to travel for short business or continuing education purposes to maintain professional standards and improve patient care. Whenever possible, these dates are communicated in advance. Regarding scheduling, Saturday appointments are the most sought-after, especially for school-aged children. We always tried to offer your preferred day when available, and you were given priority for urgent appointments during opening hours. However, as stated, our clinic does not operate on Sundays, so emergency treatment on that day was not possible. You mentioned that other dental services were not available, but to clarify, our facility does provide other specialized dental treatment within the same premises, so patients do not need to seek another clinic unless they choose to. During your recent visit, I started the conversation by apologising for the longer Saturday waiting time and explaining the scheduling situation. I also clarified that the short trip after my annual leave was related to a last-minute professional commitment. I understand there may have been a language or cultural misunderstanding, as English is not your first language. I assure you that at no point was I speaking with arrogance or disrespect — my intention was to explain and ensure clarity. We welcome feedback — both positive and constructive — as it helps us continue improving our service. Our priority remains providing respectful, transparent, and professional orthodontic care to all patients. I wish you and your child the very best moving forward.

Generally I don’t give negative reviews , but this time forced to do so. It seems Dr makes money and promotes selling braces and with various products/brands. Rather spending consultations time on actual issues on teeth - 95% of time spent only on various packages / monthly instalment and Dr visit charges. And forced to ask questions on next visit. Be aware consultation charges RM150/- Sad to know that nowadays dentist clinik is pure business oriented.

These fees are offered as interest-free packages for convenience. We only proceed with records such as a 3D scan, photos, and X-rays after you agree to proceed. These detailed records are essential to forming a complete diagnosis and treatment plan, which is then reviewed in-depth at your next appointment — with visuals and clear explanations to ensure full understanding. Vast majority of our patients find this very helpful and feel much more informed after seeing their own visuals. We always strive to communicate as clearly and transparently as possible. Here is the clinic i got my braces done. Very satisfied with the results. Recommended by my dentist friend. I wasn't surveyed anywhere else but sign up the treatment at this clinic right away. Dr. Chay is super knowledable and classy. She hands on every patient. Very professional staffs. Neat and beautiful clinic. Every visits are pleasant. No problem on making an appointment, as long as they have slots. Be rational on how advanced you book the slot. You'll never go wrong with this clinic for braces or other orthodontics treatment!

I want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Chay and her team. Truly because of her, I am able smile with confidence today. A few years ago, at around the age of 10, my jaw failed to develop enough (a condition which can be known a small jaw). This caused me to have a set of very crowded and crooked teeth. So much so that I felt much embarrassed and became painfully self conscious, especially when I had my photo taken as I needed to smile for the pictures. Subsequently, I had the appliance Twin Block to correct my small jaw and after that a few crowded teeth were extracted for the braces. Now, I have my braces removed! Thank you so much Dr. Chay and all your team for being so professional, patient and kind to me! I am now extremely happy as I can smile brightly without having to hide my once 'not so nice set of teeth'. I am truly very grateful to Dr. Chay and her team as they helped me through all these. I love Dr. Chay and her team💕

After seeing the review here. Called the clinic to ask about the service and package price but was requested to come to the clinic instead. During the visitation, the Dr. just made a simple checking procedure of the teeth and filled up a std. format quotation. This last less than 5 minutes. I was shock when asked to pay Rm80 for such quotation. It is a Courtesy of the clinic to inform the charges before hand.
