to pay extra and travel to Prague for the procedures, rather than having them done for free at the insurance company's contracted dentists in Pilsen. You won't find a more skilled dental surgeon.

We are very curious about your review. Considering you are not our patient and have never experienced our services. The point is you stopped by without any reservation nor contacting us and you insisted on being treated today. As we were fully booked and any of our doctors did not have a free spot but we still wanted to help you we offered you an appointment tomorrow. It is completely understandable, that we cannot cancel somebody´s appointment and to admit another patient instead. We believe you would not be happy either if your appointment was cancelled because somebody else insisted on being treated right away. Concerning the duration of the treatment: as we care a lot about our patient´s health and safeness we always pay a lot of attention to make thorough preparation and disinfection of the dental office between the patients´ appointments. Therefore we never make any reservation for 2 minutes. All our patients can be sure we always leave enough time for every kind of treatment and our clinic is the safe place to be treated in. After the doctor gave me a painkiller injection, I probably had an allergic reaction and my throat swelled up and I couldn't swallow, and it was getting harder to breathe. s impossible for something to happen to me, that I was just panicking, because at the very beginning of the visit I said that I was simply afraid of the dentist. His behavior definitely convinced me that I would never return to this clinic again. Thank you.

Hello, Mr. Lukáč, We appreciate every review because it helps us improve for our patients. However, now we have mixed feelings. You called us yesterday with acute pain, saying that you do not go to the dentist and need urgent treatment. After the morning operation, the doctor, instead of his short day off before another patient, did not refuse you, he accepted you to relieve your pain. Without a carefully taken anamnesis, including an allergological one, we never start working with any patient. We did the same with you. And after administering local anesthesia (without which it is not possible to perform the type of treatment you requested), so that you would not feel any pain, you probably had a panic attack (which corresponds to the panic fear of dental treatment you mentioned and also the expression of your colleagues in the emergency room). Although you did not have any symptoms of an allergic reaction and even colleagues in the emergency room did not confirm any allergic reaction, we called you at your request to the RZP. The doctor and nurse were with you the whole time, reassuring you, transferring you from our team to the RZP team and not charging you a single cent for the X-ray, examination, etc. And we don't know how we could have helped you more after all of the above. Despite these experiences, we will continue to provide the highest level of care and dental services to all our patients, treating acute cases instead of our days off and even outside of office hours. I had several extractions and caries treatments done and everything was great and painless. I didn't have any complications afterwards either. The doctors were both very kind which is not so common around here. I'm recommending this place to everyone because it's worth every penny.

I highly recommend Dr. Siedakov and his Team! I underwent a complete smile makeover at the clinic and I can barely describe how happy I am with the result. Very nice office, nice staff and a skilled doctor. They will gladly explain everything, help you find a solution, how to proceed, no judgment for defects or similar mannerisms, just a very helpful approach - I highly recommend it.

After years of pain from improperly filled root canals and subsequent inflammations by unprofessional doctors, Dr. Siedakov and his team were the only ones able to find a way to solve this problem. Bone and soft tissue augmentation, implants and several aesthetic dental procedures allow me to live pain-free today, for which I am very grateful to him and his team.

Premium Dental Care, it's all in the name. They care and it's a premium service! I needed a root canal on a back tooth as an emergency and they booked me and took care of it under 24 h. The level of professionalism is very high, the quality of care is quite high and the cost very decent. Thanks to the doctors and all the staff.

for me - No Pain. First I have visited the clinic for dental hygiene and I was impressed by customer approach and quality so I came back for a second time with a more complex request to remove a wisdom tooth from the lower jaw. My case was problematic one but Dr.Siedakov did a great job, there was no pain at all and the healing process went very smooth. I have already visited the clinic more than 7 times and in my plans to visit for dental implantation.
