I wouldn't be late. But this is it. Disrespectful to customers. If you're not sure, don't ask me to fill out the form and make a booking. Even my complaint on WhatsApp wasn't read, let alone responded to. Disappointed!

I cried so hard when I got home from here because of the pain. I've had scaling done many times and it's never been this painful, but here they treated me very roughly and forced me to do it. At least if I'm in pain/sore, give me some air first, don't force me to continue. (handling by a man)
