The premises are nice and clean. The pharmacy is well equipped and the staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

Doctor and nurse for adults were super nice. Positive, friendly, big smile on their faces. The woman by the entrance, totally different story. Unpleasant, unfriendly and bossy. Funny, the LEAST educated person in the building has the MOST attitude. Horrible. I would fire her and get someone nice. That woman should not work with people. ZERO people skills. I was there in March 2019 with a toothache and I was extremely satisfied with the dental staff. I don't know the doctor's name. He was tall, blond, and young, but professional. He explained what was going on and where the pain was coming from. In the end, it ended up being a tooth extraction, but he managed it quite well. I can only recommend the dental emergency room.

They won't even help you with a serious problem because they don't even have an X-ray. So the whole weekend was spent on pills that didn't even work for 5 minutes! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I went there with a problem and they just ignored me.

Maximum unprofessionalism, I was recommended sage tea for gum inflammation, while at the doctor's office I was given antibiotics the next day and they were surprised how it was possible that such an acute condition was not treated professionally. I do not recommend!!!!

Very positive experience with nerve extraction from a tooth. The doctor was very nice, funny, he made the whole situation easier. He worked very gently and sensitively and most importantly painlessly. I'm glad I decided not to suffer at home all weekend and went to the emergency room. It was worth it!

After 3 days of toothache, which did not subside even after sufficient medication, I visited the dental emergency room. I was invited to the clinic, which is top-notch equipped and I was treated by a friendly staff of nurses and the attending doctor. I rate their approach as highly professional. Thank you.

My friend and I were at this clinic, and I was amazed at how nice the people were there. They just open the door and they smile at you and you feel good about them. Thank you for the service you did for us and thank you even more to the nice dentist and nurse :) I recommend.
