e been complaining that my chewing is more difficult. My concerns were ignored, and no measures were taken. For your clinic, a correct bite is a priority. I have been without the lower aligner for five months, with no improvement in my chewing problem. How many more months do I have to wait for it to resolve itself? 2- I am certain, not just perceiving, that the information provided was insufficient. At no point were the risks, limitations, or conditions explained to me before starting orthodontic treatment, such as the gingival recessions I had. 3- I'm sure tungsten burs were used to remove the attachments and adhesive cement, but the claim that it doesn't affect tooth enamel at all is simply not true in my case. I repeat, the enamel is damaged on all the teeth that had attachments and adhesive cement, and on some teeth, the enamel is also scratched after the removal. It's obvious, visible, not just noticeable. He also polished some teeth, and you can see that enamel is missing in the visible upper areas (buccal and labial surfaces). An independent expert can assess this. 4- One lower incisor has shifted undesirably and protrudes much more than the others. When speaking, the lower teeth frequently hit the lingual surface of the upper teeth. Perhaps with more thorough follow-up, this situation could have been prevented, instead of just every two months and Dr. Kepa coming to the clinic only once a week. 5- Their explanation of the holistic and integrative approach they use at the clinic is purely theoretical; it wasn't applied to me. Their claim that they prioritize harmony, functionality, safety, and long-term well-being, and that I received an individual assessment before any treatment, is simply untrue in the case of my wisdom tooth extraction. I was the one who asked Dr. Molina his opinion about having them extracted, and he said he was indifferent, without giving me any further explanation or considering any advantages or disadvantages. I also consulted Dr. Delgado, and I remember she didn't seem to think it was important. Extraction should always be discussed with the patient! Especially if there are cavities and occlusal interferences. I still have the impressions they took, and they just made up those interferences. Given my chewing difficulties, the four points of support my wisdom teeth provided are now essential for me. I reiterate, I made a huge mistake in trusting their clinic and their professionals. Other professionals will handle my problem, if they can. I'm very upset about what happened, and now I understand why so many people record their conversations during appointments with professionals.

I've been a patient at the clinic for 20 years and I can only speak VERY WELL of it. The clinic is spacious, everything is very clean, the staff from the receptionist to the doctor are incredible, their treatment and empathy are spectacular, I recommend it 100%.
