Anyone planning to get dental work done here should definitely factor in extra time for other errands. Whether you arrive early or on time, expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour. still hadn't been treated. If I hadn't asked how long I would have to wait, they probably wouldn't have called me in. I could understand if there were previous cases causing delays, but I had to wait so long because several people were skipping ahead of me. I had only 10 minutes left until my hour was up when I finally asked. The braces removal itself took less than 3 minutes. People who arrived later only had their braces adjusted quickly and then left. My question is, why didn't they call me in first to have my braces removed? I arrived early and on time. It would have been better to wait for a teeth cleaning later. Why have a queue system if you can't get your appointment done as scheduled? People who arrived earlier were served later than those who arrived later. They're cramming in so many cases; the queue management system needs to be better. The dentist is good, but sometimes they rush, which is painful. The staff are polite and provide good service, but there needs to be a better queue management system to prevent people from skipping appointments. And they don't overload the clinic with too many cases, causing long waits beyond appointments. We don't recommend this clinic. This one case is enough for us.

There are many staff members, but they don't provide any real service. Even with an appointment and arriving early, I still had to wait 20-30 minutes without any explanation. They only told me to wait initially, even though I was clearly past my appointment time. They should have informed me if the dentist was busy or something. I also booked an appointment with another dentist but was seen by a different one without any notification. So what's the point of making an appointment? The dentists are all skilled; the problem is poor staff communication. If there were only one staff member, it would be understandable, but there were 3-4, and the clinic wasn't that busy. I emphasized during the appointment that I wanted a time slot that wouldn't be delayed and wouldn't involve long waits. In the end, another doctor scheduled me for the procedure. This new doctor said it wasn't necessary. I wasted money on the consultation and my time.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Social security benefits can be used here. The clinic is clean and close to the BTS.
