I'm not impressed. The staff or dentist didn't scan my teeth on the day my braces were removed, and it's been almost a week now. If I hadn't contacted them, they wouldn't have even realized they hadn't done it. It's a waste of time, money, and I'm feeling disappointed.

The staff was irresponsible. After my braces were removed, the employee forgot to give me my dental impressions. I had to message them to ask when the retainers would be ready. Only then did they ask if I had had my teeth scanned. If I hadn't messaged them, they would have completely forgotten. It wasted my time and travel expenses.
