I've been getting braces for two years. At first, the service was good. Later, some of the staff were in a bad mood during the service. I paid for the braces, they didn't do them for free. Sometimes, they even put the equipment on my body.

I went to get a filling and after only a few days, the filling fell out. Plus, during the procedure, the dentist used a grinding tool to cut my tongue, causing a deep wound. I had been before and had two fillings which was ok but when i went again for an extraction of one tooth at the front he said to me i will check all on that upper side so he must have injected all that side as when he told me to rinse my mouth i looked and he had taken four out if that had been done in the UK i would have taken him to court. They did not advise unnecessary treatment and my first doctor here was very good. But when I did go in with a lot of pain on my left side the doctor which did my crown said it was from using that side of my mouth too much. This was disappointing because I liked this…

s dentist. 2 root canals and 4 cavities later at a different dentist, most of the pain was gone. My recent experience getting another crown was with a new male doctor and he is very kind and welcoming. He is young and very professional. He fitted my crown at the back of my mouth and it wasn’t an easy process. He did the post and core and was very kind to remove the first crown when it did not fit well. He can offer advice and is knowledgable. My only improvement would be that the dental assistants can sometimes not be the best. The facilities are ok, but it is a very local style place. Receptionists are very friendly but I did have to wait nearly an hour one time and I had an appointment. So I would recommend, but expect a variation of qualities from this place. The treatments I have had here have been very good from the doctors and the price is affordable.
Went to the clinic before Christmas, got told I have an emergency that needs to be done immediately, then got a follow up appointment 2 weeks later. Today I go there and they postponed again for 2 weeks. I can't say anything about the doctors, but the receptionists are horrible in planning.
Suffering with tooth pain for 3 days I needed an extraction on Sunday. Pinky's gave me an appointment and provided excellent, professional and affordable service. The dentist was kind and gentle, the staff were all lovely and the clinic was quite clean. And if you like the color pink, you will love Pinky's. Recommended!
