What could be improved: The front-desk staff are always friendly — not the “automatic” friendliness you see in many places, but warm in a more natural and European way, which I really appreciate. However, the response times can be slow, and once I even arrived at the clinic when it was already closed because no one confirmed my message in time. It’s a small thing, but improving communication speed would make the experience perfect. Overall, I can confidently recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Matthew, to anyone who wants not just quick fixes, but real, long-term dental care with someone who actually sees the case through.

I had a checkup (it was professionally and efficiently performed), but the cleaning, unfortunately, was very painful. I've never experienced such pain during a procedure. The doctor didn't ask me to tell her if it hurt (previously, doctors always warned me about this and told me it was better to tell her right away and not to endure it). And while it was bearable at first, when it came to my lower incisors, the pain became so intense that I started twitching in the chair. The doctor didn't notice it right away, but then she finally asked if it hurt, and I said yes, and only then did they begin to make the procedure more gentle. It was a completely unexpected experience during a routine procedure. I wasn't mentally prepared for it. After the stress, I left the clinic with a migraine and suffered from it for the rest of the day. Furthermore, this appointment began with me arriving at the appointed time, but there was no one at the reception desk. I waited alone for about 15 minutes. During this time, the doctor who later performed my hygiene went down to the reception desk and called someone, but pretended not to notice me. She didn't say hello or explain anything. Thanks to the security guard, who took care of me and politely and with a smile poured me some water. All in all, unfortunately, my encounter with this particular doctor, who last performed my hygiene, ruined the good impression I had formed over a year of interaction with this clinic. And I even understand that it's the specific doctor, but nevertheless, after unexpectedly experiencing pain, I simply can't feel safe in this clinic anymore. I'm about to have my wisdom teeth removed, and I'll definitely be going elsewhere after this experience. I'd be happy if the clinic reads my review and takes it into account in the future. I wish the company prosperity; I was very pleased with everything until my last visit. Мне очень нравилось, как мне оказывают услуги, нравилось отношение сотрудников, чистота. Процедуры были совершенно безболезненными. Однако после последнего визита я приняла решение сменить клинику. Мне сделали чек-ап (он был проведен профессионально и качественно), но чистку зубов, к сожалению, провели очень болезненно. Мне никогда не было так больно на этой процедуре. Врач не просила говорить ей, если мне станет больно (до этого врачи всегда меня об этом предупреждали и говорили, что лучше сразу говорить и не терпеть). И если поначалу было терпимо, то когда дело дошло до нижних резцов, мне стало настолько больно, что я начала дергаться в кресле. Врач не сразу это заметила, затем все же спросила, больно ли мне, я ответила, что да, и только после этого процедуру начали делать нежнее. Было крайне неожиданно испытать такое на привычной процедуре. Я морально не была к этому готова. После полученного стресса я ушла из клиники с мигренью и мучилась с головной болью до конца дня. Вдобавок этот прием начался с того, что я пришла к положенному времени, но на ресепшене никого не оказалось. Я ждала в одиночестве около 15 минут. За это время врач, которая потом проводила мне гигиену, спускалась на ресепшен и кому-то звонила, но сделала вид, что не заметила меня. Не поздоровалась и ничего не объяснила. Спасибо охраннику, который позаботился обо мне и вежливо и с улыбкой налил мне воды. В общем, к сожалению, встреча с конкретным врачом, который в последний раз делал мне гигиену, испортила мое хорошее впечатление, которое у меня сложилось за год взаимодействия с этой клиникой. И я даже понимаю, что дело в конкретном враче, но тем не менее, неожиданно испытав боль, просто не могу больше чувствовать в этой клинике себя безопасно. Мне предстоит удаление зуба мудрости и, конечно же, я буду делать это в другом месте после такого опыта. Буду рада, если клиника прочитает мой отзыв и будет учитывать его в дальнейшем. Желаю компании процветания, до моего последнего визита мне все нравилось. Ниже оценку ставить не буду, потому что с точки зрения качества и эффективности лечения у меня нареканий не было и нет

and hygienic plus another impressive thing was the fact they took before and after photos of my teeth clean and explained and showed me my problem area. They even sent me all my photos via WhatsApp when I was finished with my appointment too. I've never had that in all the dental clinics I've visited to date. Amazing! My hygienist was careful, thorough and attentive. Lots of comfortable waiting/seating areas and my hubby was able to sit in the room with me too while I had my treatment done. Highly recommended and will definitely come here again the next time I visit Danang. Thank you team! :)

about 1 hour to do, she was so gentle & keep asking me if was ok, once finished she took more photo's of my teeth after the clean the result was Amazing then a mother dentist came a checked the work which had been done, the total cost for the treatment was $31 Australian the dental check up & photo's were free of charge, I would highly recommend this Dental Practice Thank You For Your Amazing Service I received from All the Staff Denise Moon
