I am a repeat customer. This time around I walked in for a cleaning and was seen immediately. Great customer service. Dentist also recommended a better floss for me to use with my retainer.
Absolutely terrible clinic! They only treat you if the consultation earns them at least 15,000 baht; otherwise, no treatment! Even something as simple as a small bandage change isn't possible because it's not expensive enough for them! Horrible, I strongly advise against going there!

I was very impressed with my dental treatment here, from the lovely staff to the kind and gentle dentist.
I wanted to have a price quote for a crown on a Neodent (which Dental signature is using) implant. I am an international patient and don't reside the whole year in Thailand. They told me that a crown would be charged substantially more if the implant hasn't been made by dental signature clinic. Besides the fact that the base price for a ceramic crown was very high indeed I want to state clearly…

that it doesn't make any sense to use top class world-wide supported dental equipment (like Neodent from Swiss supplier Straumann) if patients are being treated in such a way. Disappointing.
I'm from Switzerland. I was looking for a competent clinic in Phuket, Thailand. Because I don't want to pay Swiss prices. I found it on Google. I had an appointment the day after arriving in the country. Everything was really great! Great staff. You feel at home here. Even if you're a little scared of the dentist :-). This clinic has been recommended to me. It is clean, the staff is super nice. All the dentists and their assistants are very professional and helped me relax when they were operating (I am very scared of dentist). Great dental clinic !
Extremely professional and lovely staff! The clinic is clean and beautiful. Recieved great results and felt safe and in good hands the whole time. They really know what they are doing :D
