an emergency visit for me in an hour. Doctor was very gentle and understanding. If I lived here, I would be coming only here for my dental care :)

which was so welcome as I am low on money and still awaiting my first salary. Thanks to his work and advise, my teeth are okay :) He even gave me a special floss wire to clean between my retainer (for free!) I reccommend this place to everybody!

and didn't get any. That was my first slight suspicion of lack of professionalism. I sent him another email and 2 days later still no response. I decided to give him a call and asked if they had received my emails and passed them to the Dr. They had, but nothing was done. The following day I got an email with the appointment which was booked for the 11th!! I wrote back and kindly told them that my flight was on another day as I mentioned. They wrote back in a very blunt way and rescheduled. I could sense something was not right. My friend told me he was "a caring Buddhist and will go out of his way to help you" so I decided to let things go and give him another chance. Maybe he had a bad day. I arrived to my appointment 35 mins early and when I opened the door the dentist was waiting with a frown on his face, telling me off (twice) for re-scheduling (it wasn't my fault) and rushing me into his office. Throughout the whole consultation his words were "you're coming to me too late. You have a bad job done by other dentists.". That was not very comforting to hear. I tried to put his bad attitude to a side and think about what my friend said, that he was the best so I started asking questions trying to find a solution. He ended up putting a temporary crown on one molar and he could not paste the bridge back so I had to get another 2 crowns but as he saw a cavity in one tooth he automatically sent me to get a root canal somewhere else where they specialize in this. That was odd. I wasn't too convinced about that so the following day I asked him if it was totally necessary and that was the moment that triggered his violent demeanor. He was passive -aggressive, screamed at me at one point, arrogant like I have never seen, disrespectful with my persona and told me to leave. I was in a state of shock and could feel my eyes getting wet due to so much rudeness and his response to that was null. I tried reasoning with him which was obviously a bad decision but he had already started doing some work so he needed to finish it. He calmed down and agreed. I got the root canal at the end and that dentist told me that there wasn't any infection and wasn't as bad as it was stated from Dr. Prasert Theplaong. I had to pay for something I didn't need. Oh well. It was weekend so I waited til Monday to contact Dr. Prasert. I couldn't stop thinking if I really wanted to go back. I mean, he could hurt me, damage my gums or teeth. On the other hand I needed to leave and couldn't get it done on time somewhere else. I did send him an email asking more questions and for an appointment but I didn't go at the end. Basically because I was scared of him. He has restraint anger inside with a big smile on the outside. If you use him be careful and don't touch that button.

to finish we were impressed with the service and my daughter now has lovely straight teeth as well as a respect and understanding of the dental profession. I also must mention Dr Aud’s secretary who always greets us so warmly and takes care of the administration so efficiently. Thank you and we will continue to come to your practice as long as we live in Phuket - perhaps even longer!!
