The office is very nice, modern and tidy, but the expertise is far from the same level unfortunately! I told you what my problem was. x-ray...then root canal treatment, and then the tooth next to it had to be filled too! I asked for a second opinion, where they said that it was tendonitis and that I shouldn't even think of letting them ruin my tooth! The doctor's incompetence was clear to me too! On top of that, the assistant didn't deal with what was my main complaint either! Or they don't understand Hungarian, according to them. I really don't recommend them! They ruin teeth because they don't have the expertise to treat them properly!

Excellent experience with dental hygienist Barbara Csiki I visited dental hygienist Barbara Csiki and she was extremely kind, patient and professional during the treatment. She does her job with outstanding expertise. I warmly recommend her to anyone who also wants tartar removal or whiter teeth.

I did multiple things at this clinic and was always satisfied with the results! Dr. Houman did my orthodontic treatment and did an amazing job - exceptional doctor! I’ve gotten my teeth cleaned by Barbara multiple times and I’m was super happy every time, she’s just a ray of sunshine and skilled professional! Great clinic.

Thanks to adult orthodontics, I have been going to the Petőfi dent clinic on a monthly basis for more than two years. Clean, tidy environment, well-equipped offices, kind receptionists, assistants and doctors. In 28 months, there were maybe 2-3 10-20 minute appointment delays, which I think is acceptable. I arrived earlier, filled out 2 questionnaires/data sheets. They quickly took a panoramic X-ray, and then the receptionist readily answered a few of my questions. reassured that they would have to wait a little longer. I was already half an hour late. I had planned to finish by now. I've been waiting for three quarters of an hour, and more and more guests are arriving. My enthusiasm for arriving is waning. They went in to ask why I hadn't been called in for a simple consultation even after almost an hour, and I still got the answer that I would probably be there soon. I got in 1 hour late. They apologized because they had to treat someone SOS. I almost only saw doctors with Arabic names. Iranians. I received a quote after another quarter of an hour. Our conversation with both the doctor and the assistant was interrupted several times. It was already 2:00 PM when I signaled that I really had to go. I was waiting for the printing.

I can recommend the whole team with the greatest of hearts! They are kind, empathetic and fast. I have been terrified of the dentist all my life, here all my fears have disappeared, pain-free treatment and encouragement are what I received here.

Great experience! After experiencing many places, this was my second time already at Petofi Dent, as I found to be the best dental clinic in Budapest. Everyone is really nice, very professional service, and very good English level as a plus.
