This was my first time getting dental implants at this facility, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. They really take the time to care about their patients and explain everything clearly. I appreciated that they walked me through all the options available and helped me choose what would work best for my situation instead of pressuring me into one decision. The process was smooth, and the team was very attentive throughout the entire visit. They made sure I understood each step and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Another big plus is that the cost was much more affordable compared to getting the same procedure done in the United States, but the quality of care was still excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this facility to anyone considering dental implants or other dental work. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and truly focused on providing great care. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely come back again.

I’ve been coming here for the past six years and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is amazing, professional, and they work very hard to make sure patients are comfortable. The clinic has state-of-the-art equipment and everything is always handled with care and professionalism. Dr. Espinoza has been incredible throughout the entire process. I’ve had four implants done here and the results have been outstanding. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. At this point, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. Highly recommended.

Dr Omar is a scam k on Aug.2025 I took my Sister and law for a 4&1 treatment quoted of their web as 10K 7500 Down & 2500 final once he was already working on her I got told that it was going to be 12.500 all upfront for the 10,000 treatment with no reasonable explanation since he was already working I agre but the credit machine wasn't working so they were not able to get the money I told them that I need to hold some money to assure the completion of the treatment & was able to 3500 when we schedule for the permanent denture the temporal unit broke and the response on their side they another 3.500 additional to fix the temporary denture plus Balance whit add up to 7,000 total no costumer service and no guaranty for thee faulty unit please watch your self there are several reputable places around TJ please see some pictures of our experience

This is a great staff they make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. This dental office is run very smoothly and efficiently with top of the line dental equipment. I had an amazing experience with Dr Omar Espinosa. He takes the time to explain things so I can understand and make an informed decision about my dental treatment. My experience with Espinoza's dental practice was extremely disappointing and distressing. I was misled and taken advantage of. From the very beginning, the office atmosphere felt unprofessional. Several people who worked on me had no name badges, didn't introduce themselves, and appeared to lack proper dental credentials. It is clear they were not qualified to perform the procedures. Espinoza came across as more of a salesman than a healthcare provider. The entire process felt like a high-pressure sales pitch rather than patient-centered care. I was quoted one price but later charged nearly double. After reading other reviews, I realized I wasn't alone -- many patients reported the same scams: Zoom consultations, full payment required upfront, and a room full of staff aggressively pushing expensive "upgrades" and pressure. I agreed to a lower All-on-4 procedure that turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The result looks unnatural and feels painful and uncomfortable. The materials are cheap and poor quality -- within a month, the crowns cracked, and the implants became loose and began to bend. When I tried to reach out to Espinoza's office, my calls and messages were ignored. Eventually, they blocked my number entirely. It's shocking and completely unprofessional that a medical office would refuse to communicate with a patient after performing such extensive and expensive procedures. There was no follow-up, no willingness to take responsibility, and no concern for patient well-being. Instead of offering help or even basic communication, the office chose to shut me out--leaving me to deal with the pain, the damage, and the financial loss. This experience has caused me tremendous stress and frustration, both physically and mentally. I've already contacted a legal professional to take appropriate action. This "clinic" should not be allowed to continue operating in its current manner. Their unethical practices, inflated prices and poor-quality dental work make it unsafe for patients. Avoid this place at all costs. Trusting them was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made.

I was Looking for a dentist in Tijuana when I was recommended Perfect smile Dental. I took a trip down from Orange County. Drive was as expected. They send you a driver to pick you up on the other side and take you to the clinic. The clinic is clean and professional and the staff was very great in helping get new crowns. I'm glad I found them and look forward to coming back for regular check ups and work.

When they get work done elsewhere, they haggle. It's outrageous! I hope that when someone gets an implant or any dental treatment, they pay what they think is fair, not their set rates. If I want to pay one peso, it's because that's what I consider fair. If you think it's okay to haggle over other people's work, you should do the same with your own. You're terrible payers!

Staff is very helpful and informative and answered all my questions with great attitude and clarification on the phone before I decided to make the drive over there from Anaheim. Distance is good from the border line and they have a driver to pick you up. Once inside the building the staff is friendly and go over everything that will be done crystal clear. Would recommend to come in for a visit with them.
