I went to the clinic for teeth whitening and was very impressed. The dentist was lovely, and the staff were very attentive and gave great advice. The place was clean and hygienic. The whitening process was noticeably effective; my teeth are noticeably whiter. If you're considering dental work, you won't be disappointed at this clinic. I will definitely be back for more services! 🥰

Hello Ms. S Aa, please allow me to clarify the facts. You came in needing a filling. The dentist examined the tooth and determined it could not be filled. The dentist took X-rays and explained the images in detail, along with the root canal treatment process, procedure, and cost. You asked many questions, which the dentist answered thoroughly, taking over 20 minutes. Afterward, you requested to have other decayed teeth examined, excluding the molars. The dentist asked why the molars were excluded, as they are decayed, but you simply smiled and didn't answer. The dentist then examined your entire mouth, as requested, and found 8 cavities that could be filled. You requested to have the lower left teeth treated first, which had 2 decayed teeth. In summary, you requested to have only 2 teeth treated first. The clinic allocated time and treated both teeth completely as initially agreed. After the treatment was complete, the dentist began writing the treatment chart. You suddenly expressed a desire for further treatment and asked about filling other teeth, but due to another patient's appointment schedule, this was not possible. There were other patients waiting for appointments, so the doctor needed to ask you to wait while he attended to his scheduled cases. You agreed to wait, but after he left the examination room, you informed the receptionist that you would not wait and inquired about the doctor's personal matters with the staff. Throughout the entire 45-minute treatment, the doctor spoke to you with kindness and professionalism, without saying anything that would cause you to feel the doctor was rude. You also cooperated fully with the treatment. The clinic values all patients equally. Excusing the doctor to attend to scheduled patients was not discrimination, but rather respecting the time of all patients who have scheduled appointments. Thank you.

e not needing it. After she finished looking around, I asked her to give me an update and tell me about my teeth health. She just responds ‘If there was anything wrong, I would tell you’, which was unnecessarily rude. Anyway, I just had another checkup a year on. I had to have one filling and they identified both sets of wisdom teeth (left and right) need to be taken out. They said due to the size of the infection in my wisdom teeth it has been around for about 2 years. Maybe this dentist was having a bad day… but whoever it was, hopefully they can be more attentive to customers!

I came for a teeth cleaning (airflow system) and to get a clear retainer. The female dentist was very gentle and friendly. The work was meticulous, and the clinic was clean. I was personally very impressed. The price was reasonable, and I'll probably come again. Highly recommend!
