As someone who's really afraid of dentist, I had a great experience there. I got a filling and it was literally painless. Dr Laura was really nice and gentle, always asking if I feel any pain, I was so scared of those tools๐ . But overall everyting was great, and the staff were so nice and professional. Thank you guys for the great service

Our go-to dentist for me and my husband as we feel so welcome every time we're here. The staff and doctor are so friendly and amazing. I called in to book an appointment for scaling. However, it was full, and they could only book a slot by the end of the month. I was reluctant to agree to it. I want to thank Dr. Laura for her excellent extraction of my wisdom tooth today despite some 'complication' shown on the xray i hv taken on Saturday. Dr. Laura was patient, gracious and professional throughout the whole extraction procedure. There was no pain. Her nurse was also patient and gentle helping her in carrying out her instructions. ๐

Consultation with Dr Laura is very on point, and her service is very professional and patient. There were a few times I felt a bit of pain because of my gums, but she managed to comfort me throughout the cleaning. Will come back next time

We are glad to have such an understanding patient such as yourself. Despite our best efforts(under the condition no local anaesthetic was given), inflammed gums may be a bit painful when during cleaning. But we promise you, a clean mouth is worth it. We hope you recover soon.
Overall a good experience going to this clinic, the doctor did an excellent job with my teeth and was very gentle. ๐ฏ โฆ

Doctor Calvin is a very gentlemen & polite type of doctor. He gave the best treatment to my son, every single step that he took during the treatment - he explained to my son & my son like his service so much. Highly recommended!

Dr. Calvin is the best dentist ever... If there was an award, I would give it to him... I just had two molars and a wisdom tooth extracted. This is the second time I've had a wisdom tooth extracted at Pearl Smile. Dr. Calvin is great because he prioritizes patient pain. First time attending this clinic and I have to say I'm happy with the experience. Doctor is very patient and give clear explanation. Dr. Laura is really friendly and to the staff assisting me throughout were friendly too! Price wise very affordable and I think is appropriate to the service they provide. Top notch! Will definitely come back for my next appointment.

Discovered the place from google. Did my braces here back in June 2020. The procedure was fast and no hassle. Wore my braces for 2y 10m. I chose Self- ligating as recommended by Dr. Calvin. He and the staffs are very friendly. Parking is also convenient. Initially was the ticketing system, now you can just wave/use your bank card. Places to eat are also near the premises. Highly recommend.

I'm not usually complain but this is a little out of my range. I had make an appointment for my visit at 2 pm on 14/02. I was there on time and after register and sat there waiting around 20minute. traffic jam as we all know how kl or selangor traffic is after another 15min wait I went up to the receptionist asked how far away is the dentist and she say another 10minutes. I asked them if the doctor aware with my appointment and the receptionist said that "she" might forgot(so I figure is doctor Laura). After total 50minute of wait, doctor Laura finally came back and she said sorry(without actually looking at you and insincere) and I told her is been almost an hour and she just walk off with no explanation. I feel her ignorance which make me furious. Being on time and have a right attitude is basic professionalism she can show and offer at the least. (I'm pretty sure they learn on Chapter 1 back to medic school).I feel really sorry to the receptionist had to apologize and deal with their boss mistake. My time is as precious as yours DR.Laura.

Choose this clinic bcos it's near my house and see good review from it, so decide to try. Really worth it. The dentist explain every details of my teeth problem and all the correct technique to take care of my gum and teeth. Went there for scalling and filling. The doctor is very patience and careful that i dont even feel pain. The price also reasonable. Hopefully one day my smile will be as shine…
