working with Dr. Otero and her team has been an amazing experience. I have a history of dental phobia and this practice worked with me on the challenges that accompany the fear of dental work. work and she is supervising and coordinating all of the specialties. I have also suffered from a severe case of Bruxism (grinding of teeth) and had spent over $600 dollars on custom made mouth guards at a separate office in Atlanta, GA, which did not help at all. Dr. Otero had an orthodontist Dr.Jasmine come in office to make custom mouth guards that actually treated the grinding and alleviate the tension when I sleep. Would I recommend her? Absolutely! If you are on the fence about her practice please do yourself a favor and give her a chance. She has truly been a blessing and I recommend her to all of my friends in Georgia, USA to come and visit her for their dental needs and have a vacation while they are at it.
My experience was excellent, the customer service was outstanding, they always made us feel like family, and they implemented the latest technology and cutting-edge treatments. Highly recommended.
