I was always very nervous before dental examinations, but here I was able to trust them after the first visit. They are very kind, precise, and the environment is pleasant. I recommend them to everyone!

Great place, very nice, very friendly, professional, cheerful people... I'm happy to have my teeth treated with them, I highly recommend them to everyone, from the bottom of my heart...
There were several recommendations that they are the good ones ... maybe that's the case, but it's obviously a matter of luck. In fact, the reception's behavior and communication did not reflect this. Unfortunately, the young lady on the phone is absolutely not at the height of professional -empathy-, in fact she is downright hostile, very negative, and she threatened me with civil proceedings…

because I dared to criticize that I didn't get a response within 5 hours. I think that Pálmadent works at quite high prices anyway, the minimum that can be expected is that they are customer-friendly! One thing that is certain is that if the reception is so malicious, then what kind of service can it be ...., well, it's worth thinking about!
I have never been to such an excellent place in my life. A warm welcome, so much so that I called a few hours before about a dental emergency. Information, x-rays, everything is so careful and professional. I almost didn't feel the two injections, nor the extraction, on the way, the x-rays are all fine. I got a last-minute appointment today because I had extreme tooth pain. I'm very pleasantly surprised by the team; even as an Austrian, I felt very comfortable in the clinic! The team was very friendly, and of course, so was the dentist! Thank you so much for the quick and very pleasant treatment :)

I was looking for a dentist with an SOS problem. They gave me an appointment for the same day, x-ray, tartar removal, etc. I was greeted with an empathetic and kind attitude even at 7 pm. The next time I had a tooth extraction, I was terrified, and as a 120 kg panicky man, they kindly, PATIENTLY and without judging my behavior, they solved my problem.
