I had my cleaning and filling done, and it was super gentle and pain-free, which really matters as I have facial nerve pain. The prices are very affordable, the staff are lovely, and they speak good English. Overall, it was a really great experience, especially as a foreigner.

My wife and I have visited this place several times, and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The service is excellent, and I highly recommend it.
I went here to get 2 infills, one on an existing filling, one on a cavity. The cavity was only small however the whole top of the tooth was removed. There was aching after the procedure that never fully went down like previous fillings. After a few months the infill fell out. infill again but said I will continually have this infill falling out every few months. In my opinion the other reviews legitimacy is questionable. I would also have questions about the legitimacy of the training of the dentists, seeing how in this case procedures have not been followed.

I had root canal treatment here 4 years ago with dr phanuch and came back to the clinic for an xray today. The root canal is still looking great, no infection and during my treatment in this clinic, the dentist was gentle with the treatment and barely felt pain. Dr. Pagna is a skilled dentist. The staff are very kind. There were timely follow ups for me and my family's dental needs. Weekly follow ups were done for my braces for more than 4 months with no additional costs. Dr. Pagna has been a reliable dentist for me and my family for more than 5 years of our stay at Phnom Penh.
I have using the service there of cleaning tooth and check up my health teeth, the service was good and satisfied. Specially got clear advise from Doctors there.

med dentist never said hi or introduced himself. He spoke through the receptionist and the only English words he used throughout my time at Pagna were "open" and "pain?". The teeth cleaning lasted about 5 minutes, and just included a light polishing on the front side of my teeth. This was not the comprehensive scaling and polishing I am used to, or expected. I was confused as to what was happening at several times during the procedure as no there was no communication from the dental staff. It would have been nice to have been informed as to what the next steps of the treatment were. Prior to the whitening treatment, one of the staff snapped a photo of my mouth. I asked what for and was told it was a "before photo" to compare at the end of the whitening. At several points during the procedure, I was in quite profound pain and could only make noises. The presumed dentist would then say "pain?" and I would nod and try to point to the place of pain. At these times, the dentist would just look at my teeth and readjust the laser light and leave the room. No further action was taken to address the pain I was experiencing. At one point during the procedure, one of the dental staff dropped some of the whitening gel on my neck. After some time, it began to burn and I was trying to soothe it, as I was originally confused as to what happened to cause such pain on my neck. After some time, the staff did put some cold water and cream on it. After the procedure, no "after photo" was taken. I believe this is because the results were negligible. When I went to pay, the receptionist asked me if I liked the results and I said I expected my teeth to be a bit whiter. She communicated with the dentist in Khmer and replied that I can get more whitening in a few months if I want them whiter. Before leaving, I also asked about the burn on my neck as it was at that point painful and appeared like a chemical burn. The receptionist, after translating with the dentist, stated that this burn occurred because I was moving too much during the treatment. This is fair enough, but my movements could also be attributed to the pain I was in during the procedure—which was not taken very seriously. Mistakes happen, but I did not appreciate being blamed for having an abrasive chemical spilled on my neck which caused a chemical burn. Perhaps my experience would have been better with another dentist at the clinic but if you're considering a whitening treatment at Pagna and you want to be in the care of an English-speaking dentist, I would look elsewhere.

Dr. Song Pagna and his team were very kind to me. They speak English very well, and I felt well treated throughout, which is appreciated when you go to the dentist in a foreign country and are afraid because you don't know the treatment. They were able to adapt my treatment to my needs because I'm traveling. I highly recommend them!
