The clinic is fantastic. Well located and with ample parking. Super punctual service. Dr. Rodrigo is an excellent professional, his competence is indisputable. Not to mention his care, dedication, kindness and friendliness. Likewise, I commend his entire team who provide impeccable service.

The staff are polite, but I have one criticism regarding the reception area; I found it very disorganized. Perhaps a queuing system would make things more organized.

The clinic claims to accept health insurance, but for a simple filling they ask for 7 days to authorize it. That was fine, but the day before the appointment they sent a message confirming it, and I had to ask if everything was alright with the authorization, and that's when I discovered it wasn't. August 15th, they hadn't seen it or made a new report. The lack of organization is simply awful, and the authorization timeframe is unbearable even for surgical procedures. They need to review this entire process urgently. It's very frustrating to find out a week later that I won't be able to have the procedure, but it's better this way because I'll be looking for another clinic that can do what's necessary this week.

You must be careful to wear the appliance for the indicated hours to ensure the success of the treatment. Dr. Rodrigo has extensive experience and knows how to conduct the treatment very well, always explaining all the steps and answering my questions, explaining the importance of each stage. If the doctor recommends Invisalign for your case, you can trust him. Furthermore, the clinic is always very clean and organized, and all precautions against COVID are maintained.
