I really like Ortobrasília and Dr. Sydney. I started my Invisalign treatment with him and I'm very satisfied. The service is incredible and Dr. Sydney is attentive and careful. He always makes a point of understanding what the patient wants, as well as explaining the options in the best way, focusing on both health and aesthetics.

I've had TMD (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction) since I was a teenager, and every time I sought medical help, they prescribed painkillers. I am very grateful to have found a clinic SPECIALIZED in TMD. My tinnitus improved, the pain stopped, and I received treatment for the momentary pain I was feeling, in addition to painkillers, but with physiotherapy and other necessary activities. Go there if you want to be mistreated! I bought a device to reduce snoring, which the dentist promised would solve my problem. The warranty was unlimited, even though the clinic didn't send me any written contract. At first, it worked. However, in a short time, the device started breaking systematically. Then the dentist started mocking the situation. On one of the occasions when I needed to repair the device, I asked if there wasn't a better model that wouldn't break, and he replied, with a mocking tone: "If there is, you let me know." I had already noticed his unwillingness to repair the device he himself had recommended, but this was the last straw. What kind of professional treats their patients this way? I'm never going back there!

After almost 3 years at the clinic, I am extremely disappointed with the deterioration in the management of orthodontic treatment. I do not recommend it.
