Doctor Ketevan is a professional, caring and knowledgeable woman in her field. The clinic is a bit difficult to find, but don't waste your time and energy, the environment in the clinic is clean and cozy, the diagnostics are accurate and the treatment is effective. You will be satisfied in every way. ♥️
In May, a surgeon extracted a tooth due to pain under a crown. He couldn't provide adequate anesthesia. Three days later, I went for a checkup, and he said the extraction was successful. The results today revealed that a fragment remained in my gum.
I had an appointment to correct my bite, but they couldn't upload the image from a disk (they don't have modern software). Then they suggested I look for a surgeon for orthognathic surgery. Incidentally, the guy before me had also been told about the procedure. Although other orthodontists say it's entirely possible to treat me without surgery. The doctor's professionalism is questionable.

o come in for a consultation first and discuss everything with the doctor in person. However, instead of a constructive dialogue, I received short and rather abrupt responses, followed by a rude message asking me not to contact them anymore. I don't understand this style of communication with a potential patient. I simply wanted to schedule an appointment and receive a professional consultation. I believe that respectful and open communication is an important part of medical service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I was left with the impression that the doctor lacks a professional approach to communicating with patients.
