The service is wonderful, from the reception staff to the professionals who always strive to provide excellent care to everyone. I am very satisfied with the clinical care that my whole family has received for many years at Orthocenter.

The clinic has a very efficient and helpful reception. The service is well-qualified, effective, and pleasant. However, some dentists are not as dedicated as the receptionists; I was seen by one who gave me an abrupt diagnosis without the slightest interest in explaining the situation. because the consultation room was filled with some kind of gas that causes dizziness and nausea. I believe the dentist was having some kind of pleasurable experience inhaling it, but again, this is inappropriate because he wasn't the only one experiencing the gas. I think the clinic remains a good establishment because of its reception service.

Four years ago I moved to João Pessoa and since then I have continued the orthodontic treatment I was doing in Rio de Janeiro. The environment is super pleasant with always helpful and professional receptionists, and of course Dr. Cláudia and the entire dental team understand and help with my needs, since working offshore means I don't have many free days or hours. I highly recommend them.

I had my treatment there and I really liked it. The receptionists were very attentive. Dr. Priscila was also very good. The place is small but clean and organized. They have Wi-Fi. They take a little while to respond on WhatsApp, but it's okay. It's located in the Metropolitan business center, which I don't particularly like, but I still recommend the clinic because it met my expectations overall.…

Excellent service, Dr. Rayane is a lovely person, very attentive and friendly, and the receptionists are also very attentive. The location is fantastic, perfect for me, and the appointment system is wonderful because you don't have to wait your turn. They deserve praise, I highly recommend them!
