The waiting times are too long; they schedule an appointment for one time, but we spend two hours waiting to be seen, and sometimes they still don't perform the procedure.

In some cases, especially when the service involves specific procedures, authorization from the health insurance company may be required, and this depends on the plan's coverage and the operator's approval, which does not always happen immediately. In addition, some procedures may not be included in the contracted plan. Our commitment is always to guide each patient with transparency and seek the best possible solution. Your feedback is very important so that we can continue to improve our service.
The clinic has excellent service; the dentist, Ligia, was wonderful, very attentive and careful. I loved having the procedure done by this professional.
