Initially, everything was great, but after my mother's prostheses were (poorly) made and didn't work, there was total neglect. They aren't taking her case seriously; she's been back several times trying to resolve the issue, and the solutions they find only involve MORE money, even though the service has already been charged and the error was due to incompetence!
