I am so happy to have found Oral Unic. We were treated like important people the whole time, not just as patients. The service was caring and meticulous. I have no words to describe my gratitude and admiration for the entire team, especially Dr. Brena, who was a sweetheart from beginning to end. I highly recommend them. Come and visit!!

We came to this clinic to find out the cost and plan treatment (dental implants for two people). The clinic staff was friendly. From the outside, it seemed very pushy. and were seen by Dr. Gabriela. She conducted a consultation and explained the treatment plan. The cost, compared to other clinics in Natal, was very high, despite the fact that they use local (Brazilian) implants. Another clinic offered us cheaper Swiss implants. But we were ready to begin treatment at this clinic until Gabriela started demanding payment for the entire course of treatment upfront (right now, immediately), without giving us time to consider (it was already evening). We asked for time until the next morning to consider the best payment option (upfront or split into two payments). She said the discount was only valid for now and the price would change tomorrow. She said she needed guarantees right now. Would anyone think twice before handing over R$16,000 without seeing a surgeon? Not every bank would allow a single bank transfer of that amount overnight. At that moment, we realized that for Gabriela, getting the money was far more important than the clinic's reputation. Gabriela immediately lost interest in us, because we'd decided to think twice before handing her the money.

Regarding getting to know our facilities, this would be because the patient has prior contact with our fully equipped and spacious surgical center, allowing them to understand the experience they may have with our treatments, as well as the comfort and safety we strive to offer our patients. Regarding the other facts mentioned, they are untrue. We work with one of the best implant brands on the market; in fact, the implant pin has a lifetime warranty from the Swiss-Brazilian company. Regarding payment, it was thoroughly explained, including to the person who was with you, that only a down payment (a deposit) would be necessary to guarantee the special conditions and discount, due to the promotional campaign that would end on January 31, 2024. The remaining payment would be made in installments as best suits you. We believe you may not have understood, however, as mentioned, the payment methods were explained to the person who was with you, also taking into account the option of paying for the treatment in installments. In any case, we are available to assist you and ensure the best possible treatment. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
