surprisingly good; it doesn't remind us of the classic white dental offices that most people dread, but instead evokes moments of pleasure and joy like surfing, music, and lifestyle! Excellent clinic! ALL the dentists who treat me are great. I get my teeth cleaned and whitened. I finished my alignment and currently use Invisalign retainers. I've never had any difficulties with scheduling or negative experiences. Now the place is being renovated and will be even more beautiful and spacious! I RECOMMEND it.
Perfect! I went to get Botox and I loved it! difference. The issue isn't whether it would make a difference or not, whether I would be seen or not. I'm not stupid, I was late. I just wanted some water at that moment. The issue is that a welcoming environment in healthcare is fundamental. If it wasn't because of them that I couldn't go up and was detained in the hall, it was because of the dentist. And then the situation gets worse! They don't know where I came from, why I was late, or what state I was in. I'm not giving it a zero rating yet, hoping that the service there will be worthwhile for some, because the owner called me, reactively, at my request, to apologize. Very informally, we had a conversation where he promised to talk to the clinic staff. Today I received my medical certificate proving my presence there, for my company's time bank, after all, nobody thought of that when they didn't let me go up, right? Obviously! It's a beautiful place, a mix of nature and people, judging by the photos on Instagram and the website, but it left much to be desired in reality. The truly humanized and empathetic service they should have provided was absent. My advice: don't be late because they are strict!
