I've been going to Inguska with my daughter since she had her first tooth, and I can't imagine a better approach and better quality services than at Oradent. Malinka (already 3 years old) is looking forward to it, she's already had her teeth cleaned and everything with a smile :) So, great satisfaction.

The best dental clinic in Bratislava. Really above-standard services, professional care, always nice staff. I appreciate the approach to children the most. My children are not afraid to go there, on the contrary, they look forward to every visit. The office and staff are very well-equipped for pediatric patients, we have had various procedures here, from check-ups to hygiene to tooth extractions, and everything was handled professionally, including communication with children. The prices for individual procedures correspond to the level of service.
After several treatments with Mrs. MDDr. Simona Lehotská, I can say that I have only the best experiences with her and I am glad that she is working at Oradent again. The owner did a poor job and didn't take an x-ray before putting in a crown worth 750,-. After two weeks of toothache, she took an x-ray and it was found that I had a piece of nerve left and there was a cyst there. The tooth had to come out. You were referred to me for prosthetic treatment, I stand by the quality of the crown. I understand your case, but of course I will review it in detail after the holidays. I am sincerely sorry that you had such complications. I wish you all the best for the New Year. Edit: Hello Mr. Richter, I called you on 13.1 and we went over your situation together. You told me that you would get back to me, but you have not done so to date (11.2). So I will summarize it here just to be on the safe side. The tooth was suggested for a crown back in 2020, during the initial examination, since every dead tooth with a major loss of hard dental tissues should be strengthened to prevent its fracture (breakage). I would like to point out that root canal treatment was not performed at our clinic. The tooth was regularly monitored with X-rays for several years during preventive examinations. It was asymptomatic the whole time and without any periapical findings. In 2025, it broke and only then did you start to consider prosthetic treatment. A colleague first completed it for you, but only as a temporary solution. You were referred to me for a prosthetic solution - a crown. I did not want to suggest root canal treatment at that time, only because it was not done at our place, as it would involve additional costs on your part and the root canals were asymptomatic at that time and monitored for several years without any findings. You communicated your problems to us about 4 months after the crown was placed. As you also stated, you had recently had a reduced immunity, which could have led to a change in your body's response and thus to the proliferation of bacteria in the root system. The crown itself has nothing to do with it and root canal treatment can be done without any problems through the crown, which is what I recommended. I'm sorry that the tooth has already been extracted, but I believe I've explained everything to you so that you can make the right decision. Have a nice day.
