I was referred to Oracare by a dentist who couldn’t help with my problem. Dr. Singh has been very helpful and caring and did her utmost to ensure that everything was right. By the time I was referred I only had a limited amount of time left before returning home. Service was always delivered with a smile be that by reception, gate, assistants or Dr. Rita herself.

One of the best clinic I found in Kathmandu! They take care of clients in a profound way! I am grateful for being able to find this place. Doctors are friendly and professional! One of the best dental clinics in Kathmandu. If you want to be treated by doctors who are passionate about their jobs, this is the place to be. I had problems with my gums and a loose tooth and Dr. Rita and Dr. Iru took a great care with it. I am still going for follow-ups. of the main culprit of tooth loss is the gums, so even though you think its fine, you should get a good assessment of your gums before its too late. They do specialize in gums along with other services. They are a bit on the pricy side than the other clinics I have visited but I take it as an investment in my oral care.

Over a 10 day period I had a series of dental work done - dental rejuvenation, wisdom tooth extraction, prep & installation of a bridge, etc. The doctors were highly competent and the dental center was equipped with equipment similar to what we have in Singapore. Altogether a successful dental tourism trip. Thank you, OraCare!

I think it's time to expose them. I have been scammed big time. I came for scaling. Registration fee 500 rs. Consultation 1000rs. I arrived at 10:22am for an appointment at 10:30. I was taken at 10:45. Consultation approximately lasted 15 min. Then cleaning 45 minutes. I finished at 11:45 am exactly and I can prove this. scaling was under 45 minutes no doubt. First my cleaning wasn't finished and they asked me to come back the next opening day. BUT they charged me 'subgingival scaling grade 3'. 9500rupees. First they never did a subgingival cleaning as they never went under my gums. Second I am not grade 3 which is the most severe grade for periodontitis (she said I am mild). They wanted to reschedule for finishing the scaling. Wait for it. When I ask if I have to pay for them to finish the job they couldn't finish today (too busy), they said yes I will need to pay full scaling again. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS IN MY WHOLE LIFE. It's like going to hairdresser. You got a haircut and they do half and ask you to come back but make you pay 2 times. Have you ever seen a normal scaling at 18500npr? And nothing extraordinary as it is a normal scaling not even that good as my gum is still low in front. I got half scaling and I paid 11000 for it. They asked me to pay 7500rupees on the upcoming appointment (to finish the scaling they couldn't finish because they were too busy). So total for a scaling= 18500npr. Big time more expensive than anywhere in my life. It is a BIG SCAM. No one get half a scaling and pay full price (like the most expensive grade) and comes back for finishing scaling and pay again. It is INSANE. And so unethical. It's time to expose this kind of scam. And I am not over with them. I cannot believe what happened even after 2 days. I am planning to expose the scam on a bigger level. Everyone knows I was scammed. But I didn't expect a professional dentist (maybe she's not?) to scam me this way. She is not a doctor, at least a very unethical one (the 'Rita' doctor). They were supposed to call me back to justify but never did. Worst experience I had in Kathmandu. I doubt the reviews on their clinic are even genuine, I won't be surprised it's all fake reviews. What a shame!
