I highly recommend getting a dental hygiene treatment with Oksana Kachuli! She explains everything thoroughly, is very kind, polite, patient, and above all, thorough. The procedure is performed as painlessly as possible, and your clothes and face are protected before the procedure, so you can get back to life immediately afterward.
I had a periodontal procedure with Dr. Szerszeń and I’m very satisfied. The procedure went smoothly and it was professionally done. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor — highly recommend!

I highly recommend Karolina Pietryczuk for a dental hygiene treatment! She's incredibly friendly, professional, and truly cares about her patients. A visit to her is a pure pleasure—the procedure is painless and flawless. I'll definitely be back!

the dentist refused to remove the wire, explaining that only orthodontists do this. So, I patiently waited for my appointment. Unfortunately, I was 10 minutes late on the day of my appointment – I had called ahead, apologized, and informed them of the delay. Upon arrival, I found the orthodontist already dressed in her coat and ready to leave. She refused to see me, citing a family picnic in a hurry. Even though I explained that it was an emergency and I only wanted emergency care during the remaining time of my scheduled appointment (and not a full treatment plan, which understandably requires more time), I was told that no intervention would be undertaken without a full consultation. I felt disrespected – I was in need, had all the necessary documentation, and yet I didn't receive even basic care. The next available appointment wasn't until a month later – unfortunately, at a time that didn't work for me. The next available appointment wasn't until July. I understand that everyone has the right to a private life and not have their work hours extended. However, I don't understand why I couldn't use even part of my scheduled appointment time, especially in an emergency. This type of treatment leaves much to be desired.
I recommend it, it's a modern facility, and Ms. Oliwia is precise and gentle, great communication!

Lack of professionalism. Corporate, friendly voices that hid no humanity. Lack of empathy. Oksana, the hygienist, showed no willingness to listen to my needs. It hurt, and I was constantly choking on water. She didn't change anything despite my heartfelt requests and comments, only to be told that since I was in so much pain, she wouldn't finish because there wasn't enough time. Waste of time…

All the doctors are very professional, communicative, and friendly. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, and the receptionists are friendly. If anyone is looking for a good dental clinic in Warsaw, I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dr. Maciej not only performs his work professionally but also corrects mistakes made by my previous dentists. The teeth he did are undoubtedly the best I've had in years. The receptionists are always smiling and eager to help, and appointments can always be found at times that work for me. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for professional, stress-free dental care in Warsaw. Don't be afraid of the costs or the unknown – it's worth trusting these specialists!"
There are no better specialists. I finally found decent dentists, qualified, helpful, and understanding. The service is very, very high quality. No complications, problems, or worries after visits to OptimDent. The service is A+. It's a shame there's no such rating on Google for these exceptional dentists.
