Thank God, it was a very pleasant experience to have a check-up at this clinic. Our child, who was previously fussy at another clinic, was transferred here, and at Opal, he received professional treatment without any more drama. The nurses and doctors were super nice. My child was examined by Dr. Cinthya. The other doctors were also professional, caring, and experts in their fields. Our whole…

d and unpleasant to the nurses. I understand that the nurses might be new or in training, but a doctor shouldn't act like that in front of patients, using a high-pitched, irritated tone. Because I've been to several doctors at Opal, I've never seen or encountered a doctor like that, except for this one. Is a doctor like that? Is the training nurse like that in front of patients?

Update 2026 + Root canal treatment with Dr. Dian, the doctor was very patient in listening to my complaints, haha. + My jaw couldn't open for long, but Dr. Dian took care of me by giving me a break, haha.
