I had gynecomastia surgery on September 2nd and I am very satisfied with the process so far. Both Dr. Türker and the other staff members were very attentive and caring from the beginning. I had no questions before or after the operation; they explained everything I wanted without me even asking. It's a clinic I can confidently choose; I am satisfied in every aspect.
My second visit to this doctor was a complete disappointment. On my first visit, the doctor performed the procedure expecting numbing, but on my second visit, Botox was administered without any expectation of numbing. This message is intended to inform our other patients rather than to respond to Beyza. I feel compelled to write this response so that the unanswered accusations aren't perceived as fact. Otherwise, explaining to someone who can't even remember whether she had Botox or fillers isn't something I'd personally deal with. The procedure Beyza thought she had six months ago wasn't Botox, but lip fillers. When you call our clinic to schedule an appointment for any procedure, whether filler or Botox, we routinely ask about your pregnancy and breastfeeding status, whether you're taking blood thinners, and whether you have a cold sore on your lip. An appointment is scheduled accordingly. (Beyza forgot this). Before the examination, a cream is applied to the lips and allowed to numb them. (For every patient, without exception.) During the examination, we explain what fillers are, how they differ from Botox, which brands of products are used, and we explain the possible risks after the filler (yes, lip fillers can stimulate the herpes virus in your body), as well as the procedures to be performed in such cases. If our patient is comfortable with the procedure, the procedure will proceed. It's also interesting that our patient, even though she doesn't remember any of these procedures, forgot that she signed the consent form containing all these details in her own handwriting. We keep consent forms for 5 years, as required by law. Everyone is advised that if she experiences pain or burning, such as a cold sore, after the procedure, she should start using cold sore cream. If she develops a cold sore, she should send us a photo, and if necessary, she should start taking cold sore pills. Had our patient contacted us, we would certainly have arranged the appropriate treatment. I believe the 6 months between the filling and the review indicate that she may have forgotten these things. Finally, I have never performed a filling on any patient without first applying the corrective treatment, either during the initial procedure or at the follow-up appointment. Especially not for someone who has just come to our clinic. Unfortunately, I believe this is an unfair assessment based on the lack of clear recollection of the procedure, which occurred 6 months ago.

I didn't feel comfortable or safe at all during the appointment. The doctor's approach was far from professional, and this seriously bothered me. As a woman, I absolutely do not approve of such behavior towards patients, and I do not recommend it.

When I politely said "good day" as I was leaving, they didn't even look at me. It seems they're only interested in breast surgery. When I asked for information about other procedures, I received very general and unenthusiastic answers. I chose them because of the friendly and attentive service I saw in the reviews. I don't even know what brand of Botox they used, and when I pointed out that the area between my eyebrows clearly didn't take, they said it was normal. I will not choose them again and I do not recommend them.

Actually, Botox prices had increased, but we were still continuing with the old price, and we had decided to start with the new price as of August 1st (after our vacation). When you came to our clinic on August 1st, you said, "I was told this price," so we helped you with the old price without hesitation. (You could have considered this a gesture). Let me give you some more information: yes, I may perform breast aesthetics most frequently as a surgical procedure, but the most common procedures we perform in the clinic are Botox followed by filler treatments. We perform these procedures with great care. Moreover, I will be attending a meeting in Dubai in October as a guest of Botox. Now, let's talk about the Botox process at our clinic. When we first meet our Botox patients, we greet them with polite greetings like "Welcome" and "How are you?", which are essential in any interaction. After that, we have them fill out a form containing their medical information and proceed with the examination. During the examination, we explain: What is Botox? When does its effect begin and end? Who can and cannot have it? What are any existing medical conditions our clients may have? Which brands of products do we use? After providing this information, we take any questions you may have, otherwise we proceed with the procedure. The procedure itself is not very long, and afterwards we schedule your follow-up appointment. At your follow-up appointment 10 days later, we examine the area together and adjust any areas that require additional doses. We have experienced all of these processes together. I don't think you encountered any disrespect or rudeness from my colleagues or myself during this process. Even if the Botox didn't meet your expectations, I believe that my team and I did everything that needed to be done professionally throughout this entire process. We first checked ourselves to see if we had made any mistakes. Then we looked at your account and saw that your Google account has become a platform where you punish people by giving them one-star ratings. That's why I wanted to write this so that other clients can evaluate objectively and make their decisions. I wish you happiness in life.
