malfunctioning, it won't be back before 12." Malfunctions can happen, but not informing the customer beforehand and disrespecting their time is unacceptable. If you don't want to feel undervalued, be sure to call and confirm your appointment before going there from your location on the day of your appointment; they don't bother to call you.

This is absolutely the person you should avoid for tattoo removal. In the very first of 10 sessions, he burned my arm with a high-temperature laser, causing a keloid to form. It used to be a good place but now it has very bad service. It is not ethical at all that they charge 5000 TL for a session that was 1000 TL and then ask for 5000 TL after providing the service, saying they made a raise. Also, the last time I went, they made me wait 45 minutes and said the device was broken, which is another disgrace.
I definitely recommend it. The nurses are very good and enjoy their work. I previously went to a well-known place for 7 sessions, but I didn't get results this quickly. Here, the hairs grow back slower and are much less noticeable. If you want to get your money's worth, this is the place to go.
We are very pleased with Ms. Gülcan's attention, knowledge, and care. Her success in her work and her approach to customers are invaluable. I recommend her to everyone. I heard about Ms. Gülcan from a friend and went there, and I am very satisfied.

n you arrive, be told "the price has changed." It's impossible for businesses to avoid losing value because of employees who think they're something special. I recommended this place to my brother, saying it looked good and I'd heard good things about it. I told him to agree on a price and that we would receive the service together. When I went to my appointment today, I was told it would be 50% more expensive than what I was quoted. Are you really a business that increases prices by scheduling an appointment 1.5 months later based on an agreed date? Or is it just the silliness of one of your employees? Additionally, I think they need to learn not to address people informally when they address them formally. I'm not their friend, I'm a customer. I also want to emphasize that this review was written as calmly as possible.

I came for my laser procedure and I was very pleased. Their performance is good and they are very knowledgeable about this subject. The machine is super. The communication is super.
