the best course of action for me. I had the arm lift and breast implants on December 25, 2024. The doctor informed me that I would be hospitalized for two days. We went prepared accordingly. I was told I would be discharged at 10:00 PM on the evening of the second day, and we were asked to complete the check-out process. It was a winter day, and while I was in pain and needed rest, I was told I would stay for two days. When I explained that I wanted to stay, they asked for a room fee of 7,500 TL. We said we couldn't afford that amount. Then the secretary came to us and said the hospital administration had reduced the cost to 5,000 TL, and they would cover 2,500 TL. I explained that we didn't have the 2,500 TL. The secretary then said they would pay the remaining amount. But these things pale in comparison to what I've been through. I had no breast tissue at all, a completely flat chest. Despite this, a 295cc implant was inserted, and it was very small. There was also a symmetry problem; my right breast is a finger-width higher, and it hasn't fully recovered. My arms are thick and still floppy. I'm attaching a video to illustrate this. We work minimum wage. For the first time in my life, we paid the hospital 200,000 TL, the first time I'd ever seen them together. My mother, unable to bear my grief, donated this money from the money she'd saved for years to go on the Hajj pilgrimage. The result was despair and tears.

Hello, Following our consultation on November 22, 2024, a plan was made for both arm lift and breast implant surgery. During the pre-operative physical examination, detailed measurements were taken of your existing breast tissue, skin laxity and maximum stretching capacity, and breast base diameter. The breast implant volume, determined through medical calculations, was shown to you in a demo using trial implants for your consideration, and the most medically appropriate implant volume was selected with your approval. You were informed in advance that your surgery package included a two-night hospital stay. This includes the night of the surgery and the night of the following day, which is the practice worldwide. Although your discharge was planned for the second day after surgery, you indicated that you wished to stay in the hospital for an extra night. Extra hospitalization is a service not included in the package; however, to avoid inconveniencing you, an extra accommodation fee was provided, but this cost has not been charged to you. We would like to state that you were promptly contacted whenever you wished to reach us, and appointments were scheduled first by phone and then in person as soon as possible. Your follow-up examinations were conducted regularly on 09/01/2025, 07/03/2025, and most recently on 26/04/2025 (15 days ago). During your last check-up, you showed us your arm structure and stated that you had gained and lost weight again, resulting in excess skin in addition to the post-operative appearance. In this regard, you were informed that another procedure could be planned once you are closer to your ideal weight, and that you do not need to worry about this. Furthermore, your before and after photos were shared with you to show the changes. I had a bust lift and tummy tuck with muscle repair. The surgeon and his team were amazing, I was never alone, whilst in hospital , they provided a chaperone to stay in my room for the 2 nights I was in hospital. quick-witted, and spoke in a somewhat mocking tone. The surgery is still in the healing process... My stitches are extremely burning and still swollen. I'm waiting, hoping it's normal. If you don't want to be treated like a third-class citizen, please don't go. There is absolutely no patient care. The assistant absolutely does not relay any information you provide to the doctor. Or she communicates, but doesn't share the results and outcomes with the patient... You have to chase after everything yourself. I had surgery and wasn't even given a surgical file. I even chased after that. After I told the assistant that I wasn't happy with her and that I didn't want to see her anymore because we had a few disagreements, and then cut our phone call short, there was no news from the nurse or the doctor. I ask you, is this how a doctor treats a patient? Okay, maybe the assistant is upset with me, but doesn't the doctor care about his patient? Doesn't he get a photo or some information, even through the nurse? What a waste of the day I went there. Actually, there's so much more to write, but I don't want to tire my arms any more. I'm sorry, Doctor, but you failed... NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I worked day and night for minimum wage and saved up, and now I've been humiliated with that money... what a shame...

You can verify this from your call logs and messages; none of your phone calls or messages were left unanswered, and we always received a response. Our routine is to conduct follow-up checkups for our patients on the 10th day, 1st month, and 6th month after surgery. Your surgery took place on June 4, 2024. Your first checkup was on June 6, 2024, and your second checkup was on June 13, 2024, after which we safely sent you back to your country. We had informed you that it was only your first month and that you might experience burning and swelling in the suture area, and that you needed time to allow for this. Furthermore, we would like to remind you that all hospital records and discharge summaries will be sent to you as PDFs the day after your requested date (June 24, 2024 at 8:44 PM) (June 25, 2024 at 11:35 AM). We would also like to state that we contact each patient regularly and conduct results and evaluations together.
