an appointment for the first visit for an hour, with the first 20 minutes of waiting in the waiting room and then the doctor spent 10 minutes explaining the solution. When I asked if the tooth could be extracted, I was immediately told that since we were the last ones, the nurse would have to clean up after us and therefore would have to leave work later. However, the doctor himself answered my question, "How long will the extraction take?" That the tooth is simple and that he would book us for the next day for a 30-minute session, where it should be done, I honestly think it could have been done the same day, but oh well. The next day we arrived at 7:30 and the extraction began, I only watched because the extraction was taking place on my father, but you could see that the doctor did not have much experience with the extraction of problematic teeth, which I completely understand, everyone starts somewhere and everyone only works their way up through years of practice, but I would have expected that before the extraction it should be determined whether the tooth is really problematic and what the solution is. But that did not happen, according to the doctor it should have been easy and quick, my father spent 20-30 minutes in the chair, and in the end the doctor told us that he could not do it and that he would book us for the next day to see a doctor who has more experience with dental surgery. I'm just wondering if all this could have been prevented if the doctor hadn't been so lax in our case, I think the circumstances surrounding the tooth could have been found out earlier and we could have gone to a dental surgery specialist straight away, that's how the extraction of one of our teeth dragged on for 3 days! We are working people and we don't have that much time to spare and it's difficult for us to set aside that much time. So overall I think that the Onedent clinic is still a great clinic, but this is our first bad experience.

I appreciate most about her approach is her humanity, care and genuine interest in the patient. Thanks to regular visits, my teeth and gums are in significantly better condition and I finally go to the hygienist without stress. I can recommend her with a clear conscience to anyone looking for quality care, a professional approach and a pleasant atmosphere.

visits, professional and painless approach, just great. A problem that I had been solving with my former doctor for years, was solved here in one visit. The only drawback is perhaps a bit of a price, but then again, teeth are generally an expensive matter and a small investment here is worth it. I recommend it.

Not only does the hygienist not even look at who is in the chair even though she has records of me from the last visit, but the lady probably has to check the box that she will always train me on how to brush my teeth with interdental brushes! I definitely do not belong to the group of people who have problems with sensitive gums, bleeding, or generally poor dental condition, and you are an above-the-line service that I pay for to clean my teeth. In any case, no one will see me in this branch anymore, because apart from the fact that more and more amateurs are appearing here (poor sandblasting, clumsiness when moving around the necks), the premises are quite unrepresentative in my opinion (to put it diplomatically).

That handle has been touched and will be touched by x people, including employees and others. Do you disinfect them regularly or ever? You really don't know what anyone has on their hands, who touched all that, and touched other things at the reception. I was sitting right next to the handle. And people were opening and closing doors. I wouldn't want jaundice. Then she invited me to go to the office. I was waiting to see if she would take new gloves or, and that would have been enough for me, at least wash her hands with disinfectant. For that money, I should have been entitled to new ones. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, nor did it occur to her, and she started touching other things in the office that she didn't need to and that were not related to dental treatment. She tore off the dirty gloves and shoved them into my mouth several times, then into my bleeding teeth, in dirty gloves she mixed some kind of mixture with her dirty finger, which she then rubbed into my bleeding teeth, she also took the swab with a dirty glove. And she was washing the instruments used in the sink, probably after the previous patient, and she shoved the same gloves into my mouth again. I couldn't see through the dental shield at all, probably she left them like that after the previous patient, from the outside or the inside. I wouldn't be surprised if she also touched all the instruments that she was preparing and that were used on me. Depending on how she behaved the whole time. It was very unpleasant for me and I am a man. She could have given me some kind of infection. Regardless of the fact that you pay for it here. I am a valued client like everyone else and for my money I expect the best service, safety and hygiene. Otherwise I would not have gone. Unfortunately, I did not get the basic and most important thing here. This is not a good nurse, but some quick-witted person and she was also arrogant. She thinks it is probably normal to behave like this. I wonder if she would treat herself so poorly. It is absolutely fundamental for every healthcare worker to have clean gloves and not touch anything, for every new patient. A nurse must be consistent, careful and prevent further possible infection. Follow certain rules. It is illogical that you go to a luxury clinic and they treat you in dirty gloves for x thousand. Outrageous. Moreover, this calf continued in another stupid and lax behavior. A nurse must know how to behave and control herself considering her profession and it doesn't matter what kind of patient it is. Instead of me having peace in the dentist's chair, this goose wouldn't shut her mouth, her behavior irritated me, it was disgusting and annoying. She even slandered another nurse right in front of me. As if I wasn't there at all. A patient is supposed to have peace in the chair and some emotional support. Then she probably had a cramp and started exercising in the office and doing bows down to her shoes, wearing gloves. I would have chosen a different exercise. This seems inappropriate to me. This stupid goose has no empathy in her. I can't imagine treating an old person or a pregnant woman like this. She mainly wants to make money and unfortunately it was a shock. I was glad I left and I shouldn't have been treated and even now I feel uncomfortable and angry, I should have reacted immediately because, now it's too late. It lacked any level and it didn't make a good impression on me at all. She was unfocused, bored, lax, without any stamina to get it done. I hope at least the doctor had clean gloves and didn't touch anything. That would have been too much for me. Disappointment. This had nothing to do with quality treatment. Never again with this quick-witted woman. She gambles with human lives and you'll catch something. These two provide shoddy, amateurish, unhygienic service. I don't know what I did to deserve this, I guess I wasn't dressed luxuriously enough. It's not some made-up hoax.
