The service was excellent, comfortable, and my child, who was visiting the dentist for the first time, wasn't afraid at all.

The staff is friendly, and there's a playground for children, making them feel comfortable. Dr. Diah's explanations were also quite helpful.

Good treatment with experience going to the dental clinic. I feel the difference to the clinic, because going to the dental clinic always feels scared. The doctor with insight and clear explanation, is an added value. I will recommend to my family

Iβm sorry that I had to write a review like this as I know this is a clinic and different patients got assigned to a different doctor but my experience was not a good one. My appointment was at 1 September 2024 and it was only because my kidβs regular doctor was not available until around 3 months later so I booked an appointment with OMDC. e first floor. I waited until I reconfirmed with my regular dentist just to write this review. I HAD TO! My main concern about my toddlerβs teeth is the plague (or tartar?). The doctor was friendly. But all she did was took a photo before a βtreatmentβ then brush it with the rotating toothbrush and thatβs all!! She didnβt even show me the photos after. I had to ask for it because it didnβt feel right. She reluctantly did after I asked her for it. Nothing changed. She said itβs a βbrown spotβ, and thereβs nothing we can do to get rid of it or to prevent it from getting worse. She asked me to buy tooth mousse and apply it regularly. I asked for a scaling, and she said scaling wonβt help. I mean, she didnβt even try??? So all she did was BRUSHING MY KIDS TEETH WITH A DENTIST TOOTHBRUSH. I was so angry going back home. And guess what? Fast forward several months later, I went back to my regular kidβs regular dentist yesterday. She did a thorough scaling and all the plague that the OMDC dentist said was a brown spot was GONE. Like, GONE.

The clinic is very clean, and the doctor's communication is very gentle. While waiting for their parents to receive their treatment, the children can play in the playground, which they will definitely enjoy and never get bored of. πΌ β€οΈ β¦
Weβre Australian on holiday in Bali and our son had a very bad tooth and abscess. OMDC were so lovely and easy to communicate with, the facilities are incredible, I wish we had places like this back home! They were very patient and understanding with my son who is ASD and ADHD we tried a few times but unfortunately couldnβt get the procedure done just because of my sons fears, but they were very…

helpful in referring us elsewhere for sedation. Highly recommend them for kids, well priced, great communication, just a grab ride away from Kuta or Seminyak
This was my first time taking my child to the dentist. The dentist and OMDC staff were super friendly, and the playground made my child feel at home. Highly recommended.

My kids had a great time at the dentist and are already asking to come back for all future dentist appointments. Really impressed. Nice job on scaling/cleaning.

This place is amazing to take the kids for dentist! My daughter was so happy and she had a really good first experience of dentist here. Not only for kids, adult can do treatments here too which is great! Really recommended this place for dental treatment!
