As a family, we decided to treat my wife, my mother-in-law, and my 11-year-old daughter at the clinic. The treatment has been exceptional; we've had emergencies with my mother-in-law, and they've always helped us immediately. I would like to express my gratitude to OG Center for their service; my procedure has been spectacular. The advancements, technology, and service are truly remarkable. They have provided me with much more than they initially offered, and I am very grateful for that. Excellent care and service.
I looked for them for my dad, and it was a huge mistake. They wore down his teeth so much he looks like a piranha; they damaged all of them. The worst part is that it's very expensive in the end because the first appointments are all very nice and cheap. I don't recommend them at all; be very careful.

The estimate was supposed to be 31 plus a free whitening treatment. I paid 35,770 for the extraction to start the treatment, and today, being Friday, I was in traffic and wrote that I would be 20 minutes late. wait, she rescheduled my appointment for another day." I was almost there, coming from Alajuela. Don't be fooled by advertising. It was all very nice when they practically forced me to pay for the extraction, which wasn't even done. They kept the money. What bothered me was Ms. Fiorella's lack of professionalism. It didn't matter if I was last; it was the way I was treated. I was polite enough to say, "Okay, she's running late. If I had arrived at my appointment at 2:30 pm, I would have been treated that way." Out of politeness, I expected her to see me as a different kind of client. She left, and as she saw... When I told them I was going somewhere else, they rushed to call me. Customer service is very delicate; you have to be tactful. And the truth is, I was nearby; I sent my location. I fulfilled my obligation, but they didn't. When they saw I was upset, they said, "Oh yes, I had space to do the extraction." If they had told me that from the beginning, I wouldn't have said anything, but that attitude isn't professional.

lodging. At the Clinic I found caring and friendly people from the office staff, doctors and lab persons. I felt I was treated as an individual and cared for. The technology was amazing to me. The first visit was to have teeth pulled and implants placed along with temporary teeth. After 4 month when I went back, I had a series of temporary teeth as they refined the look and fit before making the final ones. I am now pleased with my teeth, function as well as looks. In fact I think they look better than my original teeth. I felt that my concerns and questions were dealt with nicely, As I was leaving, I commented to one of the office staff that it was the first time I felt kind of sad to leave a dental office. I felt I had made friends there. Another plus is that I am in love with Costa Rica, a most beautiful country. I will be back.

which helped put me at ease. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I knew the appointment times and arranged all my transportation. When I had a minor issue, Rosa went out of her way to ensure it was addressed promptly and discreetly. Another doctor reviewed my case within minutes, and Dr. Guzman personally came in to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I only wish I could remember all the names of the doctors I worked with to thank them by name. They were all excellent. The level of professionalism and care was second to none. Overall, the OG Center exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled with the results of my dental work. I highly recommend them to anyone considering dental treatment in Costa Rica!

Reasonable prices, excellent staff, very patient and dedicated to providing great service. They have some parking available, and the atmosphere is pleasant. There can be traffic getting in and out.

BUYER BEWARE. Coming from the US and going to this clinic has to be the biggest regret I have ever made in my life. Trust me when I say, its not worth the STRESS AND DISAPPOINTMENT. I will update review with details and recepts in the next couple days for everyone to see exactly why not to even consider this clinic to get any denatal work/procedure. I would give zero stars if i could.

I highly recommend this center for all dental work. I did a full mouth all on 4 there. Dr Guzman guided me through the whole process in details. The staff are very well organized. I just had the final appointment for the all-on-4 procedure and at this point I'm very pleased. I like the look, the feel and, most of all, the ability to eat properly. It has been a long process because I had some complications along the way, but finally got there. Having said that, this last visit I noticed some very important staff changes that made me feel much more comfortable and confident with the clinic: aside from Dr. Guzman, I was attended for the installation of the zirconia finals by a young lady doctor (Laura?) She is very professional and with a very good bedside manners. Appears to be very competent as well. Another very positive change in the staff that I really notice was a young lady by the name of Mariela. I understand she has been with the clinic a very short time and I'm sure she is still learning the ropes, but she is very impressive; cordial, understanding, available for explanations and answers and, I think, a great addition to the staff especially for the confidence and satisfaction of the client patients. This was what it should be my last trip, but I felt much more comfortable and certainly much more satisfied that I had made the right choice. Thank you Dr. Guzman, Dr. Laura?, Mariela and the rest of the staff. Hope to see you all next year for my follow-up.
