I was a client of OdontoVip around 2021 (if I'm not mistaken) and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend the clinic to anyone. If I can warn other people not to go, I certainly will. Besides the lack of consideration and the offense I suffered, I've noticed that the service has been steadily declining. o Invisalign, claiming it was the best option. They removed my fixed braces, stating how "uncomfortable" it was to treat a patient with that type of appliance. I refused the offer and returned to the same treatment, after all, I had already invested a significant amount within my means. In the end, after a series of problems, they even asked me never to return to the clinic. Honestly? It was a pleasure. But the curious thing is that, despite all this, they didn't remove my contact from their client list, since months later they offered me services again.
I do not recommend it. Several problems with the service provided. They do not offer adequate treatment as advertised. I hated the experience at this clinic.

Terrible service at reception, they never answer the phone, and when I asked for an email address via WhatsApp to send my test results, the person who answered simply stopped responding. Lamentable!

We are undergoing treatment for my mother's implants. The service is excellent; the receptionists and staff in other departments are always polite and treat us very well. The dentists are also always quick and efficient, and helpful with scheduling. We are satisfied with the treatment so far.

Excellent! I've been receiving orthodontic treatment and follow-up care from Dr. Diego for years. He's always up-to-date and provides friendly service. The reception staff is also top-notch.
