Overall, a 10 out of 10. The service, from the first contact with the receptionists via WhatsApp confirming the appointment, to the bureaucratic assistance with Jorge, is exceptional. Dr. Manú is a gem of a person. 🥰 Everyone lives up to the clinic's name, "ODONTO VIP" 😍 The service at the clinic is truly SUPER VIP 😍

Terrible experience, I scheduled and went to the appointment, the doctor saw it was an emergency, we scheduled it for one day and they rescheduled it 3 times with long-term dates, and now they don't even answer my messages.

There's another, newer OdontoVip in Florianópolis that accepts insurance plans (we don't accept insurance plans) and there's no connection whatsoever with our company. I believe you went somewhere else.
