Terrible! They call themselves a dental hospital, I messaged them requesting urgent care, they said they would see me. I rushed from Paraguay, chaos as always... Rush hour... when I arrived they said they wouldn't see me because the dentist would only wait 30 minutes. And why didn't they inform me when they told me to go that they would wait 30 minutes? I just ran, walked, and spent money on Uber.…

I'm furious. Lack of respect for the customer. Absurd. I don't recommend them, I don't endorse them, and they've lost a customer.

We regret the incident, but it's important to clarify a few points. At the time of your contact, there was immediate availability, but we did not receive information about your arrival time or that you would be traveling from another city (Paraguay). In urgent situations, we advise patients to arrive as soon as possible, as we do not make reservations without confirmation of arrival. Our team works with a full schedule and limited waiting time. After approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes without arrival, other patients were seen, and all professionals became busy. Upon arrival, an evaluation for a quote for a broken restoration was requested, which requires clinical care and professional availability—which was no longer possible at that moment. We reiterate that there was no disrespect, but rather an operational limitation due to the lack of confirmation and the arrival time. We remain available for appointments by prior arrangement.
Horrible experience. I underwent a complete treatment, went through several hands, but none of them did a 100% job. I believe a complete, general, and unrestricted change in the staff is necessary, especially in administration. The "after-sales" service is awful; I noticed they are terrified of complaints. The facilities are great, the materials too, but the professionals...help!!@
