Dr. Gabriel is an excellent professional! He provides humane care, explains everything very clearly, answers all questions, and reassures you if you are afraid. In short, he inspires a lot of confidence. I felt safe during all the procedures performed. The office is organized, clean, and the service is punctual. I recommend him without hesitation.

I went to the clinic for a cleaning. Before closing, they told me that if I booked the cleaning, the X-ray would be free. I accepted and paid R$600 for the cleaning, a price I found high, especially since the result didn't seem better than cleanings I'd had for R$300 at other clinics. The explanation that the X-ray was necessary for evaluation didn't seem convincing to me. They lost two clients: I won't return nor will I recommend them. I recommend researching and comparing prices before booking. You'll probably pay less at clinics with similar standards.

It is important to highlight that, on the day of your initial consultation, you left satisfied with the service, praised our team, and even recommended your wife to be treated with us, precisely because you were very happy with the result. Your wife came on another day and had the cleaning done, as per the clinical evaluation. * Regarding the dental X-ray: During scheduling, we informed you that the exam may be charged when necessary for diagnosis. In your specific case, the X-ray was not necessary for diagnosis and, therefore, was not charged. It was performed because it is part of the internal protocol applied to all patients who effectively begin treatment at the clinic, ensuring complete documentation of oral health. When the X-ray is not charged at the initial consultation, it is never charged subsequently. In the case of his wife, an X-ray was necessary for diagnosis, as the dentist identified clinical changes during the evaluation, and the examination was essential to confirm the diagnosis and define the appropriate treatment plan. * Regarding the cost of prophylaxis: The prophylaxis performed at Odontopraxis follows an advanced protocol, with updated technology and additional prevention and documentation steps, which naturally differs from simpler cleanings offered on the market. * Regarding the cost of restoration: Prices may vary between clinics due to three fundamental factors: – Professional experience: all dentists at Odontopraxis have more than 20 years of clinical experience and are specialists. – Quality of materials: we use high-performance resins and adhesive systems, with greater durability and aesthetics. – Clinical protocol: we follow advanced techniques of isolation, adhesion, stratification, and finishing, which significantly increase the longevity and quality of the restoration.
