I was experiencing pain in a tooth that needed a root canal, I went to Dr. Andréa and she helped me, she relieved my pain. I highly recommend the doctor ☺️

My father needed emergency dental care. He was seen by Dr. Andréa. The problem was a tooth that had fallen out. She cemented it, applied fluoride, and cleaned it. In other words, she added services that wouldn't have helped in the emergency. She charged R$1400.00, full of justifications. My father paid R$1200 via PIX (Brazilian instant payment system). fell out again. Even knowing it was a temporary fix, the tooth fell out very quickly. He went back to Dr. Andréa. She wanted to charge another R$500, and my father thought it was excessive and said he would go to another professional. He asked for a more effective cementation. The response was: "You're not paying extra." I believe this should be reviewed by the Federal Council of Dentistry regarding the abusive pricing and additional services she simply performed. He could have had the work done effectively by another professional of his choice. She gave me a service completion form because my father didn't immediately decide to have an implant done by her. Okay. Emergency. An implant case, to be done with more time and by a professional of the client's choice. But 1400 reais and then 500? This conduct needs to be reviewed with the Regional Council of Dentistry (CRO). I do not recommend dentist Andréa. Abusive price even for an emergency.

I reviewed your case and unfortunately, they did not want to follow the dentist's recommendation. An anamnesis form was completed, and oral problems such as tartar and cavities were detected. The tooth was fractured. They requested an emergency temporary crown, and you were informed of the potential consequences. A Liability Waiver was signed with the necessary information. Even so, to help, the dentist repeated the procedure, again advising on the type of treatment that should be done, but they refused. Then the dentist said he would not repeat palliative procedures. The emergency treatment was on a weekend at night. The temporary crown procedure was repeated during the week. Therefore, no infraction was committed. We are in compliance with the law. When a patient does not want to follow the dental treatment suggested by the professional, they are free to make their own decisions. The professional cannot be held responsible. Sincerely, Adm. Luis

The service was wonderful. I sought emergency care at 10:50 PM because I was in severe tooth pain, even after taking strong painkillers. An appointment was scheduled for 11:30 PM. Dr. Andrea was excellent. She diagnosed the problem, explained the issue, we agreed on a price, and she performed the procedure. She prescribed medication. I underwent a delicate emergency surgical procedure with Dr. Andréia, and the care was excellent. It surprised me. She practices her profession like someone driving a Formula 1 car. She knows what she's doing. I felt 100% safe.

I saw the number on Google and called to find out how much a teeth cleaning cost. The person who answered said the consultation cost 50 reais, and only the dentist could give a final price. I asked about the range of prices, and he didn't answer. Then he hung up on me! Complete lack of professionalism! I was polite the whole time and just wanted to know the price to see if it fit my budget.

Unfortunately, he was not in our office. To begin any dental treatment, a personal clinical examination is required. The receptionist tried to explain, but in his eagerness to know prices, he treated him disrespectfully. Let the public be informed of what happened correctly.
I was always afraid of going to the dentist. However, after I discovered Odonto Max, I lost my fear; I love this place.

I needed emergency medical attention in the middle of the night and was shocked by the completely exorbitant price of the consultation. The receptionist informed me that the consultation cost R$1000.00. An unprecedented abuse.
