I cannot fail to express my immense gratitude to the clinic and all the other staff members, without exception; everyone was polite and the environment was exceptional. I should add: I went through Uniodonto Campinas – and nowhere else have I been treated so well for cleaning, root canals, etc. I'm leaving my job, but I'll continue going on my own. 10 out of 10!!!

She didn't pay attention to what I was saying (because at the end she asked things I had already explained), she didn't wait for me to finish speaking and immediately started examining my son (and because he is small, I had to hold him), demonstrating a lack of time to listen and impatience, and I always try to speak quickly so as not to delay the professional. I'm not a mother who goes looking for illnesses in my child; if I returned, it's because I was still insecure with some doubts, and a follow-up appointment is a client's right. If you don't have patience with children, then you should just let them know you don't have the service, because I would have looked for another service that did. I was already upset seeing my son in pain and with a fever, and I left feeling even worse. And the next day he woke up with a foul smell coming from his mouth. I took him to the pediatrician, and he was diagnosed with gingivitis. In other words, if they had examined him with more patience, they would have seen it and helped treat it.
