Complete lack of professionalism. I arrived for an appointment 8 minutes late, someone was already being seen, and that was fine, they told me I would be seen in 20 minutes. I waited an hour and was not seen, nor did I receive any explanation. It was very clear to me, if you want priority, pay in cash, if you have insurance, wait.

I love the doctors' service; they are extremely polite people. I'm seen quickly when I arrive, and they have wonderful coffee. Not to mention that the service from Cristiano, Regiane, Dr. Watson, and Dr. Raquel is marvelous ❤️

Dr. Raquel is wonderful, super attentive and friendly. I had a very sensitive tooth and she took great care of it, and I didn't feel any pain. I scheduled the appointment in the morning and was seen in the afternoon. I was treated very well and I will definitely return and recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Raquel is an excellent professional, and all the staff are very attentive. She could see the problem without even ordering an X-ray. I recommend her.

I do not recommend it! Claustrophobic structure, no ventilation. Access to the basement is via an extremely dangerous staircase. The receptionist said my health insurance was down, and since I needed urgent care for a filling that had fallen out, I had to pay privately. The dentist was attentive and performed the service efficiently and safely. However, I did not like the facilities.

I do not recommend this clinic. Patients wait for hours for scheduled appointments, and when they are finally seen, the staff prioritizes other patients, claiming they have to wait for the insurance company to authorize the procedure. They need to train their employees to improve customer service. I have never been treated like this at any dental clinic.
