They are completely unprofessional, the service is terrible, they have no commitment. I paid for the treatment upfront and to this day they haven't done absolutely anything, more than 10,000 reais, and they are even suing me for not paying the rest of the treatment they didn't do. The clinic staff are very attentive, but only until the moment of closing; after that, the service changes, and there's no point in trying to cancel because they keep stalling until the person gives up.
