Very unprofessional. I changed dentists 4 times during treatment. I ordered aligners and every month they delay delivery, and it's expensive and not worth it. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
This clinic is all about serving clients and making them spend money. They are very friendly, but in case of early cancellation due to travel, they want to charge penalties and take a long time to reimburse. Be very careful!! Never pay in advance, because if you need to cancel for any reason, they will want to charge you a penalty!!
The outstanding receptionist at this clinic is Franciele. Keep it up, young lady, you're a brilliant girl. Success to everyone who is part of this wonderful clinic.

I wish good luck to the patients of this place, which initially impresses us with very good and comfortable service, but even materials were lacking during a root canal procedure I was undergoing, in addition to other issues. I paid for the procedure in cash, the root canal didn't turn out well, I'm in pain, and the endodontist herself advised against placing the crown (which I also paid for). One…

fact that lacks transparency is that the invoice doesn't include detailed prices for each procedure (I advise you to request a breakdown when hiring them). Now I need to get a refund for something I didn't even use (the crown), but I'm not getting a response. I spoke to the manager in person, who asked for a deadline that has already passed, she herself guaranteed that she would contact me, I trusted her, and nothing! It's very difficult to find a reliable dental clinic.
Where do I click to give 10 stars? Top-notch service, for those looking for good service and excellence, this is the place. Dr. Habacuque is truly top-notch. 🤩

Initially a dream, now a nightmare, physical and mental pain! The service is not the same after payment (in my case, for adjustments). The clinic does not issue invoices!
