Overall had a pretty tremendous experience. While traveling abroad unfortunately I had an incident that caused me to lose my front tooth. Dr. Alfonso was recommended from a friend back stateside. restore my front tooth. It was ripped clean out, so I had to have an implant, bone graft, and a membrane. The following afternoon I was back at his office for them to complete the oral surgery so I can finish out my vacation. This was completed in about an hour and a half, then his assistant went with me to the pharmacy to get my medication and helped me get a ride back to my Airbnb. From tooth loss to an implant and provisional tooth took 2 days and helped me get to a position where I was able to finish out my last 10 days of my vacation. I’d definitely recommend his services. He’s professional, the facilities are well kept, and I left with no questions. He’s additionally followed up to ensure I was okay and to check on the healing process.

I had my teeth whitened and a correction performed on me by Dr. Alfonso for a poor procedure when I had braces removed. He clearly and kindly explained what he was going to do, and I was very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

The service at Dr. Alfonso's clinic was very good. I only had one week to continue my trip and wanted to have my teeth whitened. They attended to me quickly, and the doctor explained the whole process. After one whitening session, I already felt a noticeable difference in my teeth. The doctor is very attentive and also speaks English. I highly recommend the Rio clinic!
