I was seen by Dr. Maicon Vasconcelos, who is an excellent professional and an incredible human being. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was very well received. I recommend the clinic without hesitation.
I felt disrespected at this clinic. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, meaning I respected the professional who was supposed to see me, but I wasn't respected. There was a lady talking to the receptionist; she herself said she was late, but they let her go ahead of me. If I wanted to be seen, I would have to wait 30 minutes. early, already almost 20 minutes late, and I would still have to wait another 30 minutes for the lady who arrived late to be seen – absurd!!! A huge lack of respect for the client who leaves their house on their day off to do something paid for, nothing is free, and then goes through this situation simply because the professionals didn't know how to organize themselves and see their clients at the agreed time. We all have commitments; if someone arrives on time, it means they are respecting you and your establishment and expect the same, but it seems you don't care about that at all. God forbid, if the mess starts with the schedules, imagine the rest....
I would like to thank and praise Dr. Maikel for his excellent work. My implant was performed with great competence, care, and professionalism. The attention to detail and the care for my comfort during the procedure made all the difference. I am very satisfied with the result and very grateful for the impeccable service. I recommend him without hesitation!
