The last time I went to the dentist, the anesthesia hurt a lot, and I was afraid to go back. But here, they gave me a complete treatment, including a root canal and an implant, and it went wonderfully. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ricardo was always considerate and attentive to my well-being during the procedure, so I experienced virtually no pain. He patiently explained each step and was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Thanks to X-rays and photographs, patients can see the excellent work for themselves. During treatment, you can listen to music or watch videos, which can be very calming or at least distracting during longer appointments. I can highly recommend Dr. Ricardo and his practice to anyone in CDMX looking for a competent and empathetic dentist (whether for teeth cleaning, fillings, crowns or even implants).

Yesterday I had a root canal treatment with Dr. Ricardo Hernandez, and even the injection sting didn't hurt! Wow, wow, his care... his kindness and professionalism... he didn't prescribe me antibiotics! And I didn't need to take painkillers because I didn't feel any discomfort... The work was impeccable... in contact with Dr. Gerardo. Both speak mostly Spanish, but also some English. The support staff speaks perfect (US) English and can help to translate, if needed. From the first moment I felt in extremely capable hands. All diagnosis and work performed was excellent. Everything was done with the required precision and patience. All costs have been made very transparent beforehand and it was always clear what the procedures would be. The communication to arrange appointments or clarify further topics was easily done through WhatsApp. This is a 100% recommendation. If it was possible my rating would be 5 star PLUS.
Excellent professionals and the care is amazing. The diagnosis they gave me was very good, and my son left happy with the videos and songs the doctors played for him.

Everything was perfect. Incredible professionals. They performed an emergency root canal on me on a Sunday afternoon and relieved the excruciating pain I was experiencing.
