We pay for the plan for the whole family, plus maintenance... I feel like I'm a problem for the company, because I always wait for more than an hour at reception and am treated with enormous disrespect... I even had to hear that they only have 15 minutes per customer. I'm very disappointed.
Today I took my 5-year-old daughter to have her braces fitted by Dr. Delaine, and we were treated very badly by her. She is a rude and ill-mannered woman who never seems to know what she's doing. pouring water on her without stopping. She didn't lift the girl up to spit it out, and she swallowed everything and started crying. I was very worried. She said it wouldn't hurt, and she almost choked. The assistant with the vacuum cleaner didn't even move to help. She is an unhappy and bitter person who probably doesn't like children or anyone else. Shortly after we arrived, a very upset client came in. While we were in the room with Dr. Delaine, another dentist came in saying that the client wanted to have her braces removed. At that point, Dr. Delaine became very upset and took it out on my daughter. Don't take your children to this witch. If she harmed my daughter's health, I will sue her.
