Employee gives incorrect information to customers. The receptionist informed me via WhatsApp that the dentist who usually sees me was fully booked until 5:30 PM and made me come to the clinic in the rain even though I said I wanted to cancel and reschedule for another day. When I arrived at the clinic, she told me that she had two patients ahead of me.
